12 Days of Yuletide – Day 10: Yuletide League Promos

As announced way back on Day 1, this month’s Weekend League will begin on 19 December (in 2 days!), and will be a special Yuletide League on Gemp.

What wasn’t mentioned is that the Yuletide League going to be a little different, almost a hybrid between the two different kinds of leagues the PC will run moving forward (as detailed on Day 8).

In fact, it’s going to be a special event in a number of ways, like so:

The Yuletide League will run for 15 days, from 19 December to 2 January (UTC).
We should actually say Yuletide Leagues, because there will be 3 simultaneous leagues running all at once: Yuletide PC-Fellowship, Yuletide PC-Movie, and Yuletide PC-Expanded.
Each Yuletide League will include a batch of brand new errata, revealed in tomorrow’s blog post (oops, spoilers)
There will be a maximum of 15 games played per league; it’s our winter holiday break, after all, let’s unwind and play!
There will be multiple tiers of digital promo art rewards

Here is how the promo rewards will work:

TIER 1: Everyone who plays a game during ANY Yuletide League will earn the holiday promo Boromir!

TIER 2: Everyone who plays 3 games in a single Yuletide League will earn the holiday promo Aragorn!

TIER 3: Everyone who plays 6 games in a single Yuletide League will also earn a pair of all-new Masterworks promos iconic to that set! Each format has its own pair of Masterworks that you can earn by playing 6 games apiece over the corresponding Yuletide League:
